The management of construction projects is the core of

modern engineering work, as it is designed to ensure the

implementation of the project without compromising the

financial and time budgets, quality of the works

implementation and documentation of the administrative

processes of the projects, which will help to determine the

actual status of the project and update the plan for

implementation, thus ensuring that the project flow and its

resources are maintained in the same time Therefore, we

constantly need to document decisions, plans, and all project

deliverables.

Therefore, the projects management in BBEC has relied on

integrated engineering management approaches and methods

that achieve the objectives of the project owner’s in terms of

cost reduction, increased quality, and commitment to the

project implementation period.

 

Design Stage

The planning of client project starts here, Working together with

our engineers, client will share his project needs, dreams and

goals.

  • Schematic Design: During this stage our architects will begin

by preparing preliminary design sketches based on the client

requirements and budget to explore and illustrate possible

options. We will review these options with client, pointing

out the merits and responding to his input.

 

  • Design Development: Our engineers refine the agreed upon

schematic design for a clearer definition of the scope and

quality of the finished project. Further cost projections will

determine how closely the design conforms to the budget

expectations, if any, adjustments are required.

  • Construction Documents : When the design concepts have

been decided, we will prepare working package drawings and

specifications (Architectural, structural and MEP). These are

required to obtain building permits and bids, and to guide the

contractor in construction.

SUPERVISION

BIDDING AND NEGOTIATION

  • We advice client on his choice of contractor by calling for

competitive bids.

  • We help evaluate the bids and select the contractor, and

prepare the contract between client and the contractor.

CONSTRUCTION AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

  • BBEC consult with client and advise him/her during

construction.

  • On-site visits will determine if construction is proceeding in

general accordance with the contract, and that the design,

materials, and workmanship meet with acceptable standards

and SBC.

SUBSTANTIAL PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION /

OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE

  • we provide regular progress reports to keep client informed,

authorize staged payments to the contractor and remains

involved until the project is completed.
